Actually it was the old 20 and 60 who had the Emulation Chip.The first 80 gb's and the 60 gb's who were made at the same time had only software emulation and every new model afterwards had no Emulation.

hmm Chun-li can look old since she's a police woman and covert-ops and shit, and Mai is just a ninja, she needs to be very agile, hence, young. it's been 15 years since the first KOF. Plot-wise she supposedly stayed back from the tournament to train tha tlittle kid that appears in garou.I for one, even though I won't see bouncy-tits in my game, am happy with the KOF XI girl with the whip.
