She didn't mean to, though. She didn't know that was what the mission was for (didn't you see that scene in EiS?) Also, the Zeon pretty much scapegoated her after that - it's no wonder she wanted to pop a cap in Delaz. I feel ridiculously bad for Cima.
Note, I am not saying she's not hardcore - I'm saying she's hardcore for other reasons than senseless slaughter.

I'd say Cima but her hair's pulled back and the only thing you really see of her from the colony gassings is a nightmare from the 'Mayfly of Space' special on the second US DVD. She's in her pilot suit and all you can see of her hair is what looks like bangs. :/
